Appointments at Healthy Connections may be
scheduled online
here (a new browser window will open).
Please note that the online scheduler reflects ONLY the appointments
available at Healthy Connections, NOT at the two clinics where she
also provides services.
If you are a cash client and the appointment time you would like does not
appear to be available, please call 699-HEAL and leave a message indicating
when you wish to be seen. It is possible that Monica may have
availability to fit you into the schedule at Healthy Connections, if she
does not already have patients scheduled elsewhere during that time.

If you wish to bill insurance for your
session, please arrange your appointment with Monica at either VITALITY
Center for Conscious Living or Holistic Medical Clinic. Please be
aware that a consultation with one of the clinic doctors may be required
prior to insurance being billed for services rendered, as some insurance
companies require a prescription. Also, both clinics do have other
practitioners available. Please specify that you wish to be seen by
Monica Molinar when calling either clinic to schedule your appointment.
